Many items are hand made to order, please bear this in mind when placing urgent orders.

Most items are hand made and dispatched within 2-3 working days.

(Please note that large orders and a small selection of designs can take longer - please see individual listings for this information).

Returns & Exchanges

I hope you will ADORE your new purchase however if there is any issue with your order do not hesitate to get in touch!

Jewellery

Returns & Exchanges are accepted within 14 days as long as they are in perfect condition.

  • Customers must return items at their own cost and take responsibility for any items lost in the mail.
  • Refunds are processed back to the payment method used within 3 working days of the item being received.

Please Note: Regular customers with a returns rate of over 60% can only return for store credit.

  • Items purchased on sale are only eligible for store credit if returned.
  • To exchange and item simply get in touch using the WhatsApp chat on the home page or via email.

Faulty Items can be returned for repair, refund or exchange within the first 6 months of purchase.

Earrings can be returned on the agreement that the customer covers the cost of replacement ear hooks which is £2.50 for sterling silver and £3.00 for gold. Gemstone stud posts incur a £6 charge.

Bespoke Orders: Bespoke designs and requests cannot be returned unless faulty.

Clothing

You can return items for a full refund or exchange for a different size Please note exchanges need to be processed as a new order.

As BB is a small business please be mindful to return your garment in the condition you would wish to receive it.

 - Please make sure you have no fake tan or perfume on when trying on.

- Please fold carefully and always return in the box to avoid creasing.

- BB has the right to refuse refunds or only offer partial refund for items that are not in re-saleable condition.

Shoes

Please try on with socks and do not wear outside.

Please return in perfect condition using the mailing box or bag they arrive in.

BB has the right to refuse refunds or only offer partial refund for items that are not in re-saleable condition.

Same refund policies apply to those listed for clothing.

Pre-Orders and Deposits

For pre ordered boots you pay a non refundable deposit. You still have the right to exchange for a different style or size shoe should your chosen style not be suitable.
